"The worst experience. NON STOP text messages and phone calls to make sure they get your business( never signed up to receive text messages). Rude front office staff. Schedule mix up. 1.5 hours waiting time. The place kind of run down. Technician was very nice though. The only positive."

"I would avoid this place if you are expecting insurance coverage. They charged my wife $300 for a scan that was fully covered by insurance, then refused to offer a refund. My wife and I used this business for years because of their convenient location and relatively low cost. Not anymore! There are other scan centers in the area offering better service at a similar cost."

"I went here last Friday and the staff were not rude but not that friendly. I gave my new insurance information when my appointment was confirmed via telephone, but when I got there they had my new and old insurance on file. I was given the wrong copay initially but they allowed me to work that out. The technician that I dealt with was super friendly and I hate I didn’t get her name but she made me feel comfortable although I panicked mid testing and she told me that I could come back another day to finish. Fast forward and I went back yesterday and the front staff was different. I was asked for my insurance card again after I already provided it the first time and then she told me they don’t have it on file and to email it to them. Then she proceeds to tell me my deductible again and I told her I spoke with them last week and we already discussed that. Why was it not noted in your little system?? My appointment was at 4:15 and I arrived at 4:08. It was around 4:45 when I got up and asked how long it would be and was told soon. I got called to the back at 5:00! That was completely unacceptable and they never kept me updated at the front. So I’m sitting there falling asleep because I had to take medicine before I arrived in order to take my MRI. I get changed and into the room and was explained what would happen and how the IV would get started. The tech tried my left arm but said she was having an issue and had to grab someone else. A guy came in and poked my right arm, then my right hand and said neither worked. I’ve literally never ever had an issue with my veins and they are very clear to see and they finally went back into my left arm. I was just glad to be done and I hope I never get recommended to go back there again because I’m not going back. I woke up this morning and the tip of my right hand is swollen and bruised from where I was poked unnecessarily in my hand."

"Fantastic experience. They were very quick to text for me to call and setup an appointment. I was able to schedule way before I thought I would be able to. The staff is very nice and the tech was great."
