"Rooms were very acceptable. Area is simultaneously next to an overpass and rail line, but also steps from a vibrant mall. To get there, take a right after you pass the bent over guy who lives under the bridge. Can't miss it."
"We arrived a little after 9 pm. Horace was so accommodating and kind. He checked us in quickly and walked us to the car to make sure we were able to get our bags. His friendly demeanor and accommodating personality made this very exhausted traveler happy. The room was nice and check in check out was smooth."
"Very good experience at this hotel! Thanks to Greidy who took care of me very well in my room services despite not having notified cleaning at reception she was very kind to my family. Romantic hotel"
"For this price, I expected more... better. The bed was a very hard basic mattress that squeaked when I turned over at night. The bathroom had a cheap toilet and a dated faucet. I never could get the air conditioner/heater to work right. Oh, and I work out whenever I stay in a hotel, but this one had jogging and elliptical machines that I either couldn't operate electronically or didn't work right. The treadmill made such a loud noise that I gave up on it."
"Wish we would have stayed somewhere else. I have a broken foot, so I asked for extra pillows so that I could elevate my foot. The woman at the front desk said that because all of the rooms were booked, there was not a single extra pillow. I find that really odd for a hotel. Water pressure was super low in the accessible roll-in shower. Absolutely no tissues in the room. The empty box was left in th bathroom. Had to call someone to come get a large water roach out of the bathroom."
