"Roaches on the regular... am i supposed to clean up my room ? front desk personnel apparently does not know this is a hospitality buisness...I don't have a broom or vacuum handy, or any other cleaning supplies...HBO rocks tho goof job on that and the gazebo is nice with new BBq grill"
"Nice, clean hotel. Great owners! We were in a bind because we were supposed to stay in Jacksboro for an event but the hotels in Jacksboro are just so bad that we did not feel safe staying there. I called this hotel on a Saturday night at the last minute and the owner went out of his way to make room for us. The hotel was so clean and comfortable and the beds were great! The owners take pride in their property and it shows. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. We will definitely be staying there again!"
