"Everything went as expected and the team was on track. The time of the MRI was over in no time. Tech play some great worship music for me while I was in the chamber. It Al was just awesome."
"Be very careful to understand your cost. My doctor ordered an MRI of my shoulder and suggested Touchstone. They called me to schedule the appointment and told that me that their "negotiated rate" with Aetna was $1974 and that would be my out of pocket cost since I had not met my deductible. However, if I paid cash and signed a waiver saying I would not file for benefits, I would only pay $930. I shopped around and found several other imaging centers with modern 1.5T equipment that would file benefits and my out of pocket was less than $500. Touchstone is a rip off machine. I ended up using Grapevine Imaging. Buyer beware."
"From the scheduling phone call, all the way to the actual scan everyone was very kind and professional. I was nervous coming in and the woman who scanned me was so upbeat and personable, a refreshing take in the medical industry. I’m glad I was referred here and if I had any further imaging required I would request coming back."
"Horrible experience. They have no idea what they are doing. They tell you that your insurance isn’t approved than 5 minutes later it is. I go in for my appointment and pay for two procedures and get called back after one procedure is already done and told that insurance didn’t approved the second one I already paid for! This place needs to get their act together and check all their boxes before scheduling appointments with patients. Some of these procedures are being done because people need them ASAP and you are just elevating their stress levels. Please get your act together so patients don’t have to go thru this. This should have been an easy process and it was more stressful than it needed to be. They have one manager that seems to care and was able to refund the amount I paid but the rest of this team is very apathetic.I also feel like they are price gouging. Who pays 1000 for a cat scan with insurance!?"
"I had an MRI and another facility a few years ago and it was an awful experience. The touchstone experience with their wonderful people was an excellent one. They provided me with earplugs and ear protectors and actually had the music that I wanted to hear (Enya - for soothing). Everyone appeared to care and we're all delightful."
