"Terrible service. I arrived around 9am and checked in on the iPad as a walk in. I was given a 11:20 appointment. I accepted and received a text message to confirm appointment. I confirmed it and clicked on the “I am here” button. I sat patiently in the over crowded waiting room. My appointment time can up and was not called back. I tried stopping a technician to ask but was told to wait in the lobby. The next tech came out so I asked her. She said they would call me back and wait in the waiting room. I waited another 20 minutes. The next technician came to the door and I asked again. She told me to wait in the lobby. I mentioned to her that I had an 11:20 appointment. She didn’t care, simply told me to wait. Final another technician came to talk to me. She asked how did I check in so I told her I used their iPad. She said they didn’t have my appointment in the system. I showed her the email I received showing that I had checked in. She said sometimes the system doesn’t work right. At this time 2 other patients also spoke up and said they had not been called and their appointment times had passed, too.. Both explained they also checked in on the iPad. The tech was not compassionate and told me that my only options were to check in again as a stand by or make an appointment for a later time. I was supposed to work today but have spent to entire morning trying to get my blood drawn as part of my pre-op. Now my estimated time to get blood drawn is 1 hour and 20 minutes. The staff here does not care that their system was at fault. They only work by what the system provides them. It is required that I fast for this and I am so hungry."

"Very good experience at this location. My 9 year old has to get blood drawn every 4 months and this is the location we always go to. Her veins are very deep and hard to get to but they always do a great job. The check in process is fast and efficient when you have an appt. I have noticed when you are a walk in they usually take longer so always try to have an appt set in place."

"Quest staff is the best humans every. We always have a calming, fun, silly experience. They are wonderful. Quest lab is the only place my husband and I will ever go for blood work. Thank you for always being so welcoming and a pleasure to have test performed."

"I wish I could remember the technician's name, she was awesome. My veins are usually really difficult to draw blood, but she not only was able to get blood from the first stick, I barely felt it. Its not often I'm able to say I had a good experience having blood drawn, but this one was super easy and quick. I will definitely continue to use this location for when I need to have labs done."
