"I have been coming here for about 3 years now. Dr. Umar Saeed is my primary care provider. There are times when the wait time can get excessive. But here's the honest deal. When it's your turn to see the doctor he is thorough and takes the time to actually Listen to you. In my honest opinion I would rather wait that extra time and be heard than be rushed through and processed like cattle. This is Aldo an urgent care facility. So sometimes that wait is because someone sicker without an appointment had to jump in. No worries. Bring a book, sit back with a cup of coffee from the waiting room and be patient. It's worth the wait . I've seen a couple of the doctors here and it's the same thorough care from each of them. Let's not forget the support staff and nurses. NO COMPLAINTS. They are all kind and compassionate."
"I had to take my daughter to Urgent Care of Texas late in the evening due to her symptoms were not getting better and started complaining of body aches. We were greeting nicely and explained there will be some wait. We were called back within 20 minutes. We were greeted by a resident who was awesome in his chairside manners. At the end, we were seen by Dr. Saeed who diagnosed my daughter and treated her accordingly. Dr. Saeed was the best in explaining the cause and treatment thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Saeed and staff!"
"My 1st visit, so far very pleased. EZ to schedule an appointment, Dr Saeed seems very experienced and thorough, staff was pleasant. I'm looking for a good PCP, Hopefully I found a good practice. I'll rate again after a few visits. My 1st impressions were good."
"Nurses and techs were great, but the doc apparently had better things to do than see patients. I called ahead and asked how busy they were and was told there's no wait. But I got there and despite seeing/hearing only 2 other patients go through intake, I waited for 2.5 hours before I eventually left and told them to just call me with test results. 2.5 hours was when I gave up and walked out, not when my appointment was concluded. I was told the doc was on the phone or taking care of paperwork."
