"The young man at the check in counter was a sheer delight open friendly and very tolerant of others as was most all the staff I interacted with I only had an issue with one person but that was just a miss communication between him and myself even then he was professional, the young lady that did my CT scan was very warm friendly happy person she & I just clicked personality wise overall I enjoyed my visit to DFW MRI if you're looking for a place in Arlington to get MRI OR CT SCANS I'D Recommend DFW MRI."

"I'd put 2.5 stars just because reception is awesome! But when you get paid more doesn't mean you should talk down to your co-workers/employees.. if you want something particular from them don't be vague then get short with them when they deliver what you asked for but it doesn't have what you actually wanted. Show more respect to your receptionists. A hole."

"Front desk are very friendly, the technicians are very friendly as well. A nice & clean establishment. As I was in the MRI machine I was given headphones to listen to music to block off the beeping sounds, I happen to request for some Nicki Minaj & was immediately delivered."

"Just finish MRI test for my neck and back 10mins ago here (each test take about 15mins they will let you take off your clothes and wear their clothes ,make sure take off everything that is metals , they will give you earplug and extra headset to listen music ), my technologist Mike is awesome . Two ladies,who working at front desk are very considering . Quite nice clean environment ."

"Melissa, Tracy and Amber are absolutley amazing!! They made everything go smoothly and quickly. Amber is incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of all the scans I had and made me feel incredibly at ease. She is a consummate professional as well as Melissa and Tracy! I almost refused to go to this business after a nightmare experience at the Garland location. However Melissa , Tracy and Amber definitely restored my faith in DFW MRI. Maybe they should train the Garland staff on professionalism. IF I DID NOT SAY IT BEFORE MELISSA , TRACY AND AMBER AT THE ARLINGTON LOCATION ARE AMAZING!!"
