"Highly recommend this place! I was supposed to go to another location but I can't get an appointment sooner so I went to the Mansfield location instead.I'm so glad I did! All staff were very accommodating and helpful. They made me feel welcome as soon I entered their office. Alicia, the radiologist, did a very good job of making me feel at ease and comfortable before and during the procedure. Will definitely go back to this place! Positive vibes all around!!"

"The Woman’s Imaging is fabulous. Everyone is so nice and goes the extra mile with customer service. I did not feel like another number. Alicia was great with the mammogram she explained every step and what she was doing. It was the most comfortable mammogram I’ve ever had. The art rock was a wonderful personal touch. Thank you!!!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Appointment at 7:30 told to arrive at 7:15. Check, got checked in and was told they were a little bit behind and would be in by 7:45. At 7:45 went and asked and they said ANOTHER 45 min. I asked if they were behind why would they not call their appointments and let them know. Girl at the counter responded with “well I called some but I didn’t think you were behind”. Absolutely horrible customer service. They over book their appointments like the airlines and expect the customer to suffer. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Please don’t bother with the canned response of escalating to the area manager. With your negative reviews it would appear that leadership is part of the problem. I encourage everyone to read prior reviews. It appears they don’t even get the scans right. I recommend reading the one that showed nothing remarkable about their Gall bladder."

"I requested the Mansfield location after waiting almost a week to get an appt with another company. Within minutes of hanging up the phone with my physician office requesting this change, I had a text. I was scheduled an appt that same day. The staff were smiling and friendly. They had patients of all ages in the office and were kind to each. A patient arrived at the wrong building and staff offered to escort them where they needed to go instead of just pointing them in the direction. I will definitely use them again if needed!"
