"I have really bad anxiety and they were so nice here. They play music in the noise canceling earphones they give you which really helps and their machine lets you know how long the next testing will be . They checked on me mid exam which really reassured me I was okay . And they’re mri testing was short ( about 5/6 minutes long ) . Really recommend if you’re looking to get a mri done!"

"I wanted to give this place 5 stars from my first visit. Schedule early - my first mri at this location was at 8am. I'm claustrophobic, so nervous to enter. Both the receptionist and tech were very friendly. She let me use the restroom, gave me directions to the MRI room. When I laid down on the bed she adjusted my legs so my lower back would have some support, let me put headphones on my head and pick the music. I laid down and she put a visor with a mirror over my head so I could look out of the machine - very helpful. 5 stars for those ladies. The second MRI scheduled at 8pm. The receptionist was friendly, the tech was a nightmare. He hurriedly walked me back to the machine asking questions over his shoulder. Since I'd been there before I wasn't too nervous but then I got to the room. He told me to put everything in a locker then took the key from me. I got onto the bed and he told me to lay down with my arms at my side and not to move. Laying down he jammed the headphones over my ears but not all the way. Since he told me not to move I didn't adjust anything. I was nervous.. no visor was added to look out if I needed to. The noise was so great it gave me a headache and my legs were not adjusted right so my back started spasming. When the machine stopped going I laid there and heard nothing. I had to say hello two or three times and didn't get a response until the bed started moving. He did not say a word to me until I asked for the key to the locker. I am blind without my glasses so didn't see that he'd put it on the window sill in the same room as the mri machine. HE LEFT ME IN THERE WITH NO MUSIC AND NO DIRECTION. It's the worst panic I've felt in years. No one that marks claustrophobic should see that male tech with black glasses and short almost non existent black hair. I didn't even get his name as he rushed me then brushed me off so fast. Office is clean and comfortable - just be aware of the of the one tech. He does not care."

"Office texted reminders for appt I’m not from the area - they included directions & text to check in early (very user friendly) Once we arrived as soon as we walked in the door we were seen - parking limited but overall clean / friendly & quick service"

"Called and scheduled under LOP at 9:00a, received a confirmation for 9:15a. The day before my appointment I get a text asking to confirm for 9:45a. I texted them back during business hours with original scheduled confirmation screenshot and explained I wanted to keep my original time as I had other appointments that day. I did not receive a response. I show up early as instructed for the time I SCHEDULED and my appointment had been moved up to 9:45a + an extended wait period. Making my check in process just about 1 and 15 longer than it needed to be. I had my case worker call and they were just as disorganized. Scheduling line said I was never actually scheduled. Their scheduling department said I was not scheduled at all despite the multiple inconsistent confirmations and reminders I received. They had to contact facility to figure it out. The girl at the front didn’t even bother to look at the confirmation text I had for 9:00a. Do not recommend."
