"I think a lot of these reviews were either sometime ago or prior to some changes. I recently had 2 MRIs done on separate occasions. Both were with Amelia. She walked me through the entire process. She was sympathetic to my situation and frequently checked in with me during the MRI. I highly recommend working with her as she made the experience as positive as possible. The ladies at the front desk were polite and explained the paperwork when necessary. One lady in particular was very helpful with the insurance process and pre-authorization. Plus, the out-of-pocket cost is manageable. The results were provided to my PCP within 48 hours as promised. I’m not sure what was going on to cause all of the negative reviews, but something must’ve changed. I had a great experience."

"I would give a o star to this Asian technician. She was rude and mean. I had ultrasounds many times at different centers but never been treated meanly and painful experience. Would never come back and not recommend to anyone!"
"I had the thyroid ultrasound on my neck. It was a horrible experience by the Asian lady. She was rude, hurt me when I went home a few days later my neck was still hurt. She got paid to do her job but she treats patient meanly. I would never come back and not recommend anyone to be scanned by her. I’m sure there is more technicians better!"
