"Terrible service again - ordered on the app, went to pickup my drinks and food, set for over 20 minutes before they answered the intercom after moving twice thinking the intercom wasn’t working on the particular stall I was in. Finally, a person answered and told me my food would be right out, after 15 more minutes, we called them on the phone to see if the order went thru. They said it would be right out - another 10 minutes and my food and drink arrives, food cold and drinks watered down. Never again - done with this Sonic. Terrible management."
"Just had lunch there. The cheddar peppers were good. The burger had a weird taste. I couldn't finish it. The vegetables were old and soggy. Do better Sonic."
"Only customer there. Received a text my order was ready, two drinks, as I parked. It still took over 5 minutes to get my drinks. Most disturbing part was them delivering the order to the neighboring stall that had one of their cars parked."
"I have been too this sonic twice now. When I have bad service the first time I usually try and give someone a chance one more time I won't be back here. The service is slow and horrible. I waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks. When I came back the second time they forgot my food order and had to start it all over again. This is only after I reminded them I was waiting on food for my food for 30 minutes already. Both times I didn't receive an apology, a smile, or any sort of good customer service. I can't handle when the staff is rude to the customers. Like I said I thought maybe it was a one-time thing. However I saw consistency the second time I came so I won't be back."
