"I went into the store to purchase a hookah pipe. The owner was on the phone no one else was in the store but him and I. I was there for about 8 minutes and he still had not acknowledged me. I finally gestured to him to ask if there was anyone else that could help me. He shook his head no, walked over to where I was but never got off the phone and kept talking. He not once gestured to give him a minute or said anything to me. I was in the store just him and I a total of 13 minutes. I then just walked out. He made me feel like he didn't want me in his store or I didn't me as a potential new customer because I am a black lady. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't go back to his store if it was the only store in Grand Prairie and he was giving away items. Rude, prejudice, unprofessional, ignorant person/owner. smh."

"Been here twice. Both different guys (Dan/Nas), both very helpful and great selection for GP for cigars. I like mild short sweets, Biggest humidor I know of in GP, my go to spot for a cigar every now and then."

I used to go to a place on Carrier - but she marks up the prices and doesn't have as good of a selection. This place is truly a gem. Stocked with everything you could ever want. Even a cigar room!
