"I cannot recommend Telos Project enough! The experience we have had with their staff has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. My son has been seeing Dr. Alan and we have seen remarkable improvements in his overall well-being. Dr. Alan is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but he also genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and provides us with valuable insights and guidance. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and dedication. Additionally, we had our son's testing done at Telos Project and the process was incredibly smooth. The staff made sure we understood every step of the process and were always available to answer any questions we had. They were patient, understanding, and professional throughout the entire experience. Overall, our experience with Telos Project has been exceptional. The staff's commitment to providing high-quality care and their genuine concern for their patients' well-being is truly commendable. We are grateful to have found such a reliable and supportive resource for our son's needs. If you are looking for a place that truly cares about your child's development and well-being, Telos Project is the place to go."

"To put it simply, they are unwilling and unable to help my son. "We can put him on a waiting list" and it was all covered by TRICARE Insurance. Took me almost a month to get back intouch with them to hear this. No one bothered to call me and let me know."

"My child’s OT recommended the Telos Project for diagnostic testing. We had a good experience with everyone we worked with here. I was a little worried about the reviews, so I asked lots of questions about bill estimates, and everything was exactly how they said it would be with insurance. It was a little confusing how everything is billed, but in the end it was less than I expected. We were on the waitlist for a while, which is typical for this kind of provider (we called around and they all had 3-6 month waits). They did a good job with diagnostic testing for my child and explained everything well. I was glad that I could sit in the room and observe. Everyone was very professional. They provided recommendations for therapy and school accommodations, which were very helpful."

"So incredibly frustrating—they have a policy that if you miss two scheduled visits in a row you no longer have your spot, however I was told there are exceptions when sick, or adverse weather conditions (such as the tornado warnings for yesterday). Then I received an email advising that nope, missing an appointment due to the tornado warning yesterday counts (even though during that call it was explicitly advised it would NOT). Take your child somewhere else, no one seems to actually know what they’re talking about when it comes to billing , scheduling and policies with this office. If you enjoy being frustrated, then by all means go here. *EDIT to respond to the comment left by the Telos Project* YOUR EMPLOYEE, MARIE, ADVISED THAT THE MISSED APPOINTMENT WOULD NOT COUNT—I EVEN SPECIFIED THAT THE TORNADO WARNING WAS FOR MY LOCATION, NOT YOURS. AND WHEN I CALLED BACK AFTER RECEIVING THE EMAIL SHE WAS THE SAME PERSON I HAD SPOKEN TO THE DAY PRIOR AND SHE KNEW SHE HAD GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION AND DECLARED, “Regardless, it’s policy.” EAT YOUR POLICIES AND MAKE SURE YOUR FRONT STAFF STOPS GIVING OUT FALSE INFORMATION."
