"I placed my order and saw a grilled cheese. I ordered soft pretzel twist, no cheese. I ordered a blue ocean water, too. I told the guy I didn't want a grilled cheese but a soft pretzel. The guy changed it, adjusted the price. I got the soft pretzel and cheese, and large cup of WATER!! No receipt! The order was not repeated back and taken off the screen as soon as it was put on. I pushed the button and told the person who answered that I had ordered a blue ocean water and received a cup of water. Rudely, I was told that I had ordered a cup of water. I had witnesses in the car with me who heard what I had ordered. No "I'm sorry that happed" She didn't ask if I wanted to order one, nothing! So I pushed the button to reorder my drink. I left my cup of water there. It fell out if my hand to the ground. No tips for anyone at that sonic. Rude service. Not going back there."

"If you come to this location and pay cash don't expect to get your change back. I don't care if it's 3 cents or 90 cents they just walk off lol I'm done with this place I will go out of my way to another one or just go to circle K where drinks are cheaper anyways. Very sad sonic"
