"I wish ZERO star was an option...PLEASE BE AWARE** Save yourself a headache and frustration. I honestly don't know where to begin. I have used them in the past, the last time around 2 years ago. Even though I seen the massive negative reviews this time, that had not been my experience until today. Something has changed. First he tells my husband he will be at my home at 10 on a Friday morning. When he does not arrive my husband called him (he made no courtesy call to advise us of the delay). He needs 30 mins. I give him 1 hour and 30 mins. my husband calls him again (he made no courtesy call back to us) he needed more time but it would not be much longer. Hours went by, he never called us. We made a decision we were not calling him. Finally at 6 that night (note, 8 hours of waiting, no courtesy calls no explanation) my husband called one final time, he proceeded to say he wasn't going to make it, can he come another day. NO you cannot, number one I don't believe you would show and number two I want zero to do with your unprofessional, unreliable, lack of care, so called business. And number three it is clear you are not a man of your word. I will never recommend(which I have in the past) or ask for your services again. I guess we are left with no choice than to pay extra for a weekend call now. Thanks to A-OK. It makes me wonder if that was his plan to wait and charge us more for a Saturday service. His shadiness makes me think it very well could be."

"Well long story short he lies to his customers never answers his phone and does not keep his word.Because of his actions it has cost me in excess of 8000 dollars , if you hire this man u need to make a psychiatrist appointment because u have lost your mind......VERY SAD AND PATHETIC"

"This guy is a joke. I paid him to snake out a drain which he was unsuccessful at doing. He came out two different times and wasn’t able to fix the problem, then told me he would give me my money back and never did. Very unprofessional"

"Sitting here waiting on this guy for 5 hours now. Set up to be here today because "He'd be free", but said give him an hour to get here. Called back& it keeps going to voice mail. He was just here to snake a drain again a second time,the first he punctured my water line,fixed it,but said if I had problems he'd be back...& it's gotten worse. 4x to voicemail after taking the first call today. At this point I want all my money back. Hopefully he'll contact me. I just text his cell so there's calls messages& that."

"Very quick to respond and deal with my issue. Charged me 1/4 the price of the others I had called and him and his wife were very nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommended."
