"I'm am not the type of person to give negative feedback, but I am so frustrated that Envision Imaging does not have a way to leave feedback with their corporate office, I have chosen to leave it here. Those that provided me with care were quick, efficient and kind. The billing office has been terrible and have not been honest with me. My service was originally from April 2023 of which I paid part since I wasn't sure how much insurance would cover. Due to problems with my insurance provider, I had to call Envision and my insurance to get them to coordinate. This was a very time consuming process. Then once my billing was finally corrected in November 2023, I was sent two bills where I made partial payments to each since it is an option on their website. Without notice I have been turned over to collections! I called Envision and have been told that it was my responsibility to not be reported to collections even though I've been making payments. I was also informed that I should have received three bills before getting a final notice as well as a phone call. I've received two bills, neither of which was a final notice, nor did I receive a phone call. If you go here be careful to get very detailed instructions of any payments due and how long you have to pay them. They are not upfront and misled me to the detriment of my credit score."

"Ms. Carmen at the front desk, welcomed me with a smile, was kind, prompt and sweet. Also, made it a point to say have a good day as I was leaving. Ms. Shelly was my tech, she was amazing. Sweet, kind, patience and understanding. She made what could have been stressful,a breeze. She talked me through the test the entire time, and made sure I was comfortable. It's good to come to place where staff is caring, environment is peaceful, a because you never know what one is going through health wise. A plus, the restroom were clean."
