"I have severe back pain so I have had a lot of MRIs and CT scans. The most recent ones were done at Parkhill Imaging Clearfork. Of all the places I have been this was the best experience I have had. Parking is close and free. The facility is clean and modern. The staff was very nice and the Jeff the MRI tech was quite friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to be seen exactly on time. Happy to give this facility 5 stars."

"UPDATE: Nicole reached me and I was able to sort it out. Thanks for the prompt response. Went to get X-Ray done had to pay co-pay of $50 even though I knew my co-pay was less as it showed on my insurance card, but front-desk lady refused to verify or call insurance saying that's what it said. So I overpaid knowing my co-pay was less. I checked insurance claim and verified the co-pay amount and I was right my co-pay was significantly low. Now I'm trying to contact their billing staff but no response. I'm still waiting for them to issue the difference back."
