"I am a past patient of Spine Team Texas and Envision Imaging and now my wife is going through similar steps that I too experienced last year for my pre-surgery, surgery and recovery of spinal stenosis. My experience throughout my pre surgery health visits, the surgery, post surgery visits and physiotherapy were superior. The leadership, staff/team and facilities throughout all of Texas Health/Spine Team Texas locations is the best I’ve ever had. Throughout all my visits my wife, who is now in your care, watched, asked questions and could see just how professional, caring and wonderful Texas Health and Spine Team Texas really is. So, my guess is that my experience under your care has given her the confidence to ask you to guide her through the steps necessary to assist her in resolving her pain and challenges. "Arrived @ 12:17 for a 12:30 appointment with my registration completed prior to arrival. I was taken back for my MRA at 12:29 to be totally undressed, placed in scrubs and to wait in excess of 40 minutes for a no more than 10 scan. I was finally told that they were having issues with the "NEW" GE machine 30 minutes past my appointment time. Approximately another 10 minutes later, I'm finally taken in for the MRA to be greeted by two staff members who performed my imaging; neither of which had a welcoming bedside manner. (Not that I am new to Envision Imaging, this particular location, MRI's X-ray's or CT scans.... this has been a way of life for me over the last 9 years). Nonetheless, Envision Imaging apparently has an issue with maintaining staff in recent years as everyone I encountered within the Alliance location tenure is less than 12 months! As I stated before, not one member of the staff at Envision Imaging greeted me with a smile as in prior years, treated me as a person, apologize for the delay, my being inconvenienced or freezing me to death for in excess of an hour! Now I must find a new place to have my diagnostic testing completed as Envision Imaging has not maintained consistency at the Alliance location. Continuity of care and promptness for appointments are stressed by your healthcare providers yet Envision Imaging missed the memo."
