"James Phillips, of Phillips Law PLLC, has literally removed DECADES (yes, you read that correctly) of severe pain, suffering, and humiliation due to an egregious falsehood that was levied against me by a crooked and inept Commander following a combat operation in Iraq (where he was NOT physically present). The combat operation in question resulted in U.S. fatalities due to HIS severe incompetence that would have cost him his career unless he scapegoated and blame-shifted me with false claims of my competence and battlefield conduct.
