"Very impressed with the young men that came to take out and install two new units in our very small and extremely difficult to climb into attic space. They were extremely professional and mannerly. They kept us informed on every part of their progress. They even cleaned up after themselves. Did I mention the tight quarters and no flooring in the attic? They had such positive attitudes, even though it must have been hard at times to be so professional. They need a raise. Thank you."

"I am having to e mail between an office worker and owner. Supposed to have cleaned my ducts last year. In doing some repairs another company opened the back of my unit and found so much filth untouched. I reached out to the company and received an e mail back that the owner can re clean my ducts. Umm look at the photos, that mess was left about 2 ft in front of their face. I would not trust them again. Leaving 4 stars because they offered to make it right. I have been waking up every morning feeling grit in my eyes. Allergist has me on drops. Thinking this is part of my issue as it got worse when it got colder and i was in more. I have high powered air purifiers as well. Some days I needed my inhaler!"

"We had an ongoing issue with our HVAC since we purchased our house in December 2022. We tried to work with the original installer, who came out 3 times, but was still unable to fix the issue. Since it still was not working properly we contacted Gibson Heating. Rikki came out to our house and immediately noted that the duct work (returns) were not sufficient to service the system that we had, this was than confirmed by 2 other experts. Since the returns were not adequate, a diagnosis was not possible. We had the duct work repaired by the original installer, once I brought it to their attention. After the duct work was rectified, we had Rikki come back to diagnosis our additional issues. Rikki was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me all our options. Ultimately we ended up making the decision to have Gibson Heating install a new HVAC system. Throughout the process, Gibson Heating was very professional, responsive and patient. I would definitely recommend Gibson Heating."
