"I'd rate this as zero stars but unfortunately there is a minimum threshold. This hub center is listed online as 24 hours but when I arrived the hours listed on the door were 9-4. Despite showing up at 2:30 there was still no one manning the desk and I haven't been able to retrieve my package yet. Free shipping is a nice touch but certainly not worth the hassle."
