"At 10 PM on a Friday night we received a call from our guests staying at our Airbnb that our drain was clogged up and water was backing up in the tub etc.. We weren’t sure what to do so we started searching for a plumber in the area and my son came up with a recommendation for CJ plumbing out of Bedford Kentucky. We called and spoke with Kenny. He said he would come right away and would fix our problem. By the time we all got there it was close to midnight and Kenny showed up and went right to work, he figured out exactly what the problem was. He had the tools and the knowledge to fix it, and he did. He really saved the day not only for us, but for our guests who were going to have to find another place to stay if we could not fix this. Mind you this was a Friday night of Memorial Day weekend. We were so impressed that we could find a plumber who would actually come out in the middle of the night and solve this problem for us. We highly recommend Kenny of CJ plumbing and will be sure to keep his information and use him again. Thank you Kenny, you saved the day."

"Called late for an emergency service and he took the address and name. He said he would have his service guy come out after his other 2 stops and it got really late. I messaged him and he said his service tech would call when he was on his way and he never called or text and never showed up!! We called him this morning and now he won't answer his phone or text me back!!"

"He came out once and did a great job installing a hot water heater and unclogging the main pipe out to the septic tank. Then a year later we had the same pipe clog and he came out and didn't fully get it unclogged. When I asked him to come back he just kept stringing me along saying he'd be here and then he wouldn't show up or even call. 3 days straight of him saying he'd be there that day then never showing and we finally said screw it."

"Our water and pipes froze and we had no water for a day or two. We cannot say enough about CJ’s services and response time to our emergency. They are excellent. Dillon very polite and had us up and going and back to water baths etc in our house."

"Definitely recommend!! Our plumbing in our bathrooms were a mess and called them late in the day on a Saturday and they were here within 2 hours! Also very reasonable on price for emergency service. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!"
