"I would not recommend using Koehler. They were great to work with up front. I had to file a Chapter 13. One of the creditors listed in the bankruptcy filed a lawsuit against me. I called and was told they’d look into it and get back with me. I never heard from Koehler’s but did receive a default judgment from the other attorney and the courts. I called and emailed several times. Finally someone I emailed said she forwarded my email to a person who would take care of the lawsuit. I now have a Chapter 13 coming out of my check and a garnishment summons that I have to attend. Instead of relying on Koehler I have contacted the creditor’s attorney to try to get this stopped. If not, I will have to miss a day of work to go to court, all of this after paying Koehler’s a lot of money to ensure I didn’t have my wages garnished. I’m very disappointed with this firm."
