"Worked with Travis Teachy to file mine and my wife’s taxes. Our state refund amount that we received was $700 less than what I was told it would be when he filed them for us. I am not upset at that, if it is the correct amount then so be it. I just would like to know the reason behind this discrepancy. What I am upset about is the fact that I have reached out by phone 5-6 times over the past two weeks with no response at all from anyone at at Weafer. No returned call, no email, no contact whatsoever. I feel like I should at least deserve to know why their numbers were $700 off from what the state calculated. I understand it is busy time of year for tax services but I am still a customer who paid $250 for my taxes to be filed accurately, that alone should be worth a return phone call. The fact that they can’t take 10-15 minutes to call me back and explain the reason behind the refund difference is inexcusable. The last time I called today I explained my situation to the receptionist and she was very dismissive and rude. Will definitely be finding another tax prep provider next year."

"If Marcella Wright is still involved with that place than I would suggest you stay away! I can only pray she has forgotten all my personal info from having my taxes done because she prove that she is not TRUST WORTHY FOR CERTAIN. Than I also called a few months back and spoke with a new person(male) and he did not send me my info as he stated he would so I can not say I would refer anybody to this place. Plenty of excellent tax preparers that you can trust to choose from."
