"I ended up using the drop off service because there was only one person working. She had to answer the phone and work on other clients while securing my documents for processing. She got it all done, but, it seemed unfair to her that no one was there to help her manage in the height of tax season. She did an excellent job and even did phone questioning after hours so I know she was working hard. I would give five stars to her personally, However, the agency needs to add staff especially when it’s so close to the filing deadline."
