"LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR BANKING NEEDS! Communication is horrible... I have my construction loan with them and have been trying for months to get my loan switched from construction loan(interest only) to a VA Home Loan. I cannot get anyone to even reach out/return my messages to get the process started. It would seem Justin Rawls and Carroll Bank & Trust are only interested in raking in the interest only payments."
