"Called in asking for help why a Zelle payment from another one of my accounts was rejected. Woman trying to “help” me didn’t even try before telling me I should use an antiquated way of sending money. She then told me there was nothing she could do and that she was the only one who could help me. Just trying to get me off the phone is what it felt like. I live in Colorado and have kept Montgomery since I moved in 2019 out of nothing but apathy and not wanting to have to deal with it. Montgomery is going to hire inept and unhelpful people, and I’m going to leave. I fixed it myself in the end, all I needed was some guidance from someone who deals with this all day and could provide expert help, but was unable to get it. In many ways, I cannot wait to leave Montgomery."
