"We just returned from a bus trip to Chicago. Jamie was our bus driver, she was great, very professional, engaging, all around an awesome person. She was clear and concise with the housekeeping rules. We stayed on schedule going and returning. The bus was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. I hope she is the driver for our next excursion."

"Jefferson Transportation is a joke! My mother and I both was contracted to work Oaks & Derby for them and we’re very excited to do so. We were told we would be given lunch and dinner. Well. If you consider a hot turkey sandwich on a hard bun with no drink twice a day a meal then I guess you won’t find a problem with it! They worked us 8 hours with NO break! We worked Friday 2pm - 130 Saturday morning and had to be back in a 5am that same morning. We started at 5 and did not receive a break of any kind until 230! By 9pm we were done! Not to mention the company that contracted them, SP+ was the rudest, nastiest, people that I have ever experienced working for. When we tried to talk Daniel Proctor at Jefferson he immediately brushed us off and showed no compassion whatsoever! We decided to speak to Steve Cisco (the owner) and he spoke to me like I was an uneducated individual with no regard to rules and regulation of CDL drivers. To make a long story short, they are horrible to work for! They will work you like a dog. Refuse to let you have breaks or bathroom time and speak to employees like they are beneath him! I was raised to treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO so to say that I am absolutely distraught by how we were treated is an understatement! Not only did we agree to work for them we recruited 6 other team memebers as well. NONE OF US will ever return to Jefferson for anything! While they might be one of the cheapest in the business, how they treat their help should speak volumes about what type of people they truly are! WHY IS MY CHECK THAT I DEPOSITED 5 days ago on hold until May 28th?!?!?!"

"My husband and I; and everyone else on our tour had to ride backward for one day of our trip. Then in a uncomfortable position one day facing forward. Two days of our ten day tour was awful. I had to keep my eyes shut the entire day we were backward. The tour director tried to accommodate me but I felt bad about leaving my spouse and my friends to deal with the bad situation, so I just endured it. I called manager after we returned from our trip, he was very rude. The owner called me back and offered me discount on another tour. I declined because I told him I would never book a tour with a company that ask passenger to ride backward. Owner said it would never happen again, but I've been lied to before."

"We used this company for a trip just outside the Louisville area and not only did the four buses take our group to the wrong location 20 minutes outside of the original destination, but they then blamed it on our organization saying we gave them the wrong address. The buses showed up an hour late to the event while bus drivers were smoking the entire trip with passengers allergic to smoke behind them and attempted to leave the group behind at the conclusion! When prompted with a formal complaint the company denied all issues and made up lies about our organization to try and cover their butt to not have to reimburse us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"Mr Daugherty, the owner of DC Tours, is holding hostage everything I own in the entire world in addition to tools my husband needs to make a living. This is over a business deal that didn't work out. It has nothing to do with me or my children. But yet, he has everything we own in the world, baby pictures, my kids favorite toys and everything familiar to them. Mr Daugherty keeps raising the price for their return. We put together the $2,000 he agreed to in front of our lawyers and has now raised it to $3,000. My babies, who are 8, 7, 4 and 3 do not deserve to suffer because of this. Mr Daugherty, please have a heart. Return our belongings so we can all move on."
