"If you need a moving company that is professional, compassionate, and flexible, Top Hat is what you want! I was an assistant/bystander for the homeowner who hired Top Hat. There were a few hiccups the day of the move: snow and icy roads, sub-freezing temps, and an unexpected issue with placing the furniture in its respective rooms. But Mason, Dakota, Talon, and Chase accepted the challenge of loading their trucks with contents from three storage units. Understanding the situation, Mason had the forethought to recruit reinforcements for the unloading at the house. Payton and Jake were welcomed help and streamlined the process at the house. All in all, these guys were AWESOME. They risked their safety and braved the frigid temperatures to ensure a new homeowner would be comfortable in her new home because the weather was so crappy. If they were this great in poor weather conditions, I know they would exceed your expectations any other day of the year. Thanks guys!"

"I originally booked and made a deposit for moving on Aug. 23, 2023, but told them it could be sooner. I was told no problem they would work with me. As it turns out, I was able to move on Aug. 18, 2023. I was originally told that they would move me on Aug. 18, so I booked a motel room for 1 night Aug. 17, since my clothes, bedding, and etc. my family moved ahead of time. On Aug. 18, 2023 at 4:46AM I received an email saying that they would not be moving me until the earliest date of Aug. 22. Being a disabled widow on social security, I was forced to stay at a motel 4 more days. The gentlemen that did the actual move were a great group of guys, I was out $400/$500 that I actually could not afford."
