"I been here before and the guy on first shift is a real cool cat and the lady that work with him was super nice. I also came in the afternoon and the lady at the first window was mean to me and hurt my feelings. If i see her again i will love to buy her some dinner, I love a woman who takes charge, and she did. But a very nice place after all"

"Currently employed here, don't come here if you value your title and voice as a driver. You don't have a voice here at Penske. I wouldn't even come here to get loaded/unloaded. Your average wait time here is around 4 hours, with many being stuck here a full 24 hours waiting to be loaded. There's no room for parking, little space for driving, and no respect for the drivers."
"Forklift driver damaged my trl while loading and reloading on March 14th ‘22 bending up my trl’s upper end, so I couldn’t lock the doors on the upper side anymore. They didn’t want to provide me with an insurance report. Take pictures of your trl before pulling in to their dock with location and time stamped, or avoid going there so you don’t have to deal with repairs, down time and ignorance from them. Also it took over 4 hrs to unload-reload plus 3 hrs to get the BOLs. Total 7 wasted hours."
