"Being from Atlanta and just moving here, I have to say I'm really impressed with cleanliness, efficiency, and price of the bus. $1 to ride! MARTA (Atlanta) is $2.50 and nowhere near as safe, clean, and on schedule. 5 stars Lextran!"
"Bus service is okay on weekdays. But weekends are another story. The busses have cloth sears, so there's no way for them to be cleaned during service hours. Hopefully, they can sanitize them at the end of the day. And all the people they let hang out at the transit center makes for an uncomfortable wait. Irs scary."
"It gets me where I need to go. Some of the new female drivers are very standoffish barely talk and past 2-3 weeks the 3 and 5 busses between 830-10 am have been 10 mins or more late at the stops. There is no construction and I take these particular busses and these particular times to get to my Dr appts. I even catch earlier busses so I'm not late, but that's not even working now cause the late pickups are barely getting me there on time and I'm leaving so early I should be there 30 mins to an hour before " check in time" which is 15-30 mins before the actual appt. So what is going on?"
"An awesome cheap way to get around when you need public transportation. But if you need to get somewhere and absolutely can't be late, plan ahead and take a bus earlier than you need because there are many things that can get a bus off schedule. So it's your responsibility to plan ahead for your needs, and not the driver's or Lextrans."
