"Paid off this debt, a year ago! And they are reporting to my credit score, as unpaid! I have called, on hold for 40 minutes to get them to fix their mistakes with no luck. Don't waste your time. Just contact, The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. And file a complaint, as I have."
"Throughout my 44 years of life I’ve had a few car loans. This has been the worst experience ever. I’ve experienced the most unorganized, stress causing time dealing with this company for my car loan. Sadly ONE company can turn a person off from using credit unions in general. Be very cautious if using them for these products. Save yourself the headache"
