"We had Galloway out to our home to replace some old, faulty switches. After arriving the technician stated that the switches he had on his truck were not the "pure white" color we had in our home. In other words, they wouldn't match. He called back to the office to be told that the color we needed were backordered "anywhere from 2-6 weeks". He left, stating that someone would call us when the switches were available and to reschedule service. We never heard a thing back until today, 3 months later, when we get a letter from an attorney threatening legal action if we don't pay our bill of $80?? Very unprofessional. My intent for calling Galloway in the first place was to give them money for performing a service. No service was rendered. We were left waiting for a response that never came."

"He was on time BUT didnt bring any conduit, or wire with him. He called for conduit, while he sat in van on phone for an hour, same with call for wire. That was another 2 hours waiting. He actually worked 5 half hours BUT charged us for9 and a half never agin, RIP off my husband and son had to pull all the wire for him, to tune of $999.60"

"Only one person in this store seems to know what is going on. We were trying to check out 6 light bulbs, and 2 employees didn't have a clue how to ring them up. This has always been a great, family owned and operated business, but the help leaves much to be desired"

"Called after hours for an emergency repair. Guy was VERY rude and was being a smart a** like he was doing me a favor by talking to me Then was quoted an outrageous price to change a breaker. Will never do business again with them."
