"i’ve always loved this location since i’ve lived in the chevy chase area- it’s convenient, easy to access and the staff has ALWAYS been very kind and friendly. today, i had to return a knee scooter and didn’t have the original packaging. both wilson and courtney went above and beyond for me, by finding a box that was a fair price and helping me disassemble the scooter. i can’t thank them enough. their energy is also radiating, and their dynamic and teamwork is infectious in the best way- they stay with a smile and had me laughing. thank you wilson and courtney! also congrats to wilson on nursing school!!"

"I have never had such a terrible and unprofessional service. Associate misplaced an item but the owner of the store made it clear multiple times that it was not their responsibility. After being berated and having store policy repeated to me 3x times back to back. Before telling me he would only help me if I would be nice. I informed him to stop speaking to me like I was a child and help me locate lost item. I was told he would help me if I would be polite. Yes or no? He then would only give me his name as the store owner. I refused to be spoken to like a child. I really cannot believe that. I had a conversation with someone who claimed to be the store owner, who would actually speak to a customer in the manner that he did. In my opinion, if something is important and matters enough to be secure, especially a large check with banking information. Stay as far away from this man as possible who claims to be the store owner. Reading the store policy to a customer multiple times. At the end of the call, I did let him know that I was ultimately very disappointed and this has put me in a bad situation. I would be doing a review because this is very unprofessional. The last words he said to me as a customer was, do not show up at the store and make a scene. I will call the police. No one said anything about showing up at the store or causing a scene. I needed help locating some thing, but he was more in to drama and feeling n control than being professional . I am completely lost for words."

"This store is Amazing!! We run a business that does a lot of shipping and we bring in a a lot of boxes. Other stores, which I will not name, always gives us attitude when we come in to ship. However, the workers here were so helpful and friendly. The gave us pointers and stepped out to help us. Alex was awesome!! Thank you for you excellent customer service and dedication to customers. Highly, highly recommend."
