The agent explained everything to me and even allow me to choose other options to make sure that I had all I needed for the loan. They did not push me to take more than I needed like some other places have, that is why I took there loan instead. Great service, fast replied and friendly atmosphere. Glad I went to them."

"Did application, had a phone call, stated she would call back with numbers. Didn't hear anything called back and they report my DTI was too high after I was already supposedly approved. I am more upset she didn't call back than I am about the loan."

"Mixed feelings. I've been a customer since 2016 and recently got an offer to reissue my loan. The website indicated a pre-approved amount, but the in-house rep seemed to indicate approval amount is impossible to give without documenting income and refused to answer any questions until I provided my 2018 tax returns (they're not ready yet - sorry, I'm a solo freelancer with 5 LLCs and a corporation, it's not an easy ask) All I wanted was an explanation of the procedure for replacing one vehicle title with another on the loan and some ballpark of what I'd actually be approved for and at approximately what interest rate. I had planned to file my taxes by May 15th. I guess I'll give it another shot at that point, but starting to think maybe OneMain doesn't actually want my business."

"I thought it was great.I really liked Collin. He was my loan guy. We had everything set up to get my wife's car and some of my debt but when Collin heard me talking to my wife about some of the other debt he offered even more money. The money for the 2 biggest creditors was with a check made out to them directly. Only wish I had a way of tracking the checks as PayPal is saying they still haven't got it and it's been over a week."
