"I have had insurance with them for well over 7 years now. The rates are great. The issue is they never ever answer the phone. I don't care how many times you call they won't answer. You always have to waste a trip for the smallest thing. Bought a new car called for over 5 hours and they never answered."
"They never answer the phone and they never open when they are suppose to open. Didn't know 9 a.m was actually 11 or 12. They need new people to run the place the lady's there dont seem to know concept of time or opening a business on time."
