"This law firm just wants your money. I have been waiting a year for some documents I call all the time they never have a clear answer for me. I believe they took my money and never sent off my documents, now that all is paid they don’t care or even call me back. I’ve been calling every week and always told they will call back yeah right. At first they lure you in sweet talk just to get your money then once you pay they ignore you and don’t work with you. The front desk at the location at camp bowie is so rude and un polite. I made a appointment for a Saturday and once I got there was told I had no appointment, the front desk was so rude about it and was told I had to make another appointment. Bad customer service and not professional at all. I never leave reviews and had to think about this one but it’s true don’t let them lure you in be careful they only want your money."
