"First, let me say the doctors are good and the staff can be helpful and kind, but billing issues and dealing with the billing department is a nightmare! And this has been an issue just about every bill for the past several bills! Not an isolated incident!!! For an example, They charged me $35 for filling out a questionnaire and I was also charged for an investigational test that wasn’t ordered by the doctor! And was told by my insurance company that if the office didn’t inform me the test wasn’t covered by insurance I am not responsible for the charges.The billing department was so rude and extremely hard to contact this took months to resolve and almost went into collections. I was told it would be a one time courtesy wave of charge for something I should’ve never been billed!!! Lot of stress and waisted time!!Watch out! Pay attention to your bill. If we weren’t at the tail end of treatment we would not go back! Highly advise to go elsewhere just because of billing department!!"
"A fantastic bunch of folks! I was well treated by the Dr. and techs and getting my weekly shots has been such a breeze! I go in without an appointment three times a week and I simply show up, they give me my injections and I'm on my way in minutes! Everyone is so friendly! A great team!"
"The staff was amazing. There was little to no wait time. We had an early morning appointment for my daughter, we were in and out and she was at school by 10am. I was very satisfied with her treatment plan and I can’t wait for her to start feeling better."
