"I was treated with the utmost kindness. The staff instantly come to help you, you don't wait forever to be seen. Dr G was so pleasant and took his time in explaining things like going from my normal monthly contacts to the daily. He didn't seem rushed or uncaring. Like he actually likes his job. The other staff members were also as helpful. I feel terrible I don't remember their names as they deserve the individual credit. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Walmart vision center team!!!"

"I went for an eye exam, as I was terribly overdue. I am always nervous because I've been wearing glasses almost my entire life, and I've had some pretty bad experiences at other places. Dr. G was fantastic during my exam. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant during the eye exam, and I was impressed! The selection of frames was also wonderful. There are many to choose from in several different shapes that flatter all different face types. I would like to add that they have an array of cute and affordable frames as well as a selection of designer. Lindsey, the manager helped me pick out a pair of prescription sunglasses and they are amazing (did I mention she also saved me money?). During the process, Rem was also a big help to me in the eye center. All of the staff were patient and kind. They answered my questions, helped save me some money, and were pleasant to be around! 5 Stars. Will go back for as long as I need glasses. My prescription was spot-on and I see much better out of my new glasses and sunglasses. Their office is incredibly clean and well-maintained. Compared to other places I have been in the past, I would say they've done better than most in customer service AND cleanliness!"

"The screw fell out of my glasses and I put tape on them until I could go back to get them fixed (about 2 weeks) and the tape was holding up pretty good. They replaced the missing screw and one day later it broke in half and I retape them. Also, I wanted to stay with the same glasses I had but they insisted on me trying a new pair. Very rude employees (edit) cane back fir my new pair of glasses. They ordered the wrong frame and said that they didn't have the frame I ordered. Worst eye doctor ever!"

"I have been goint to the vision center since I moved here in 2008. there have been good times and bad times as with anywhere but I have always been treated with respect by everyone who works there.. The Mgr, I believe her name is Kim, is really awsome. I've had a lot of problems with frames and lenses, I believe any other place would have told me never to come back, but Kim has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my frames and lenses. The staff at Walmart Vision Center in Aurora are top notch and know their stuff. Rest assured you will be taken care of when you go there. Great frames, great lenses, great staff, great prices and Great Manager. Thanks for putting the customer first...that's quite rare in this day and age."
