"This place could be worse and it could be a lot better. Service and support staff have changed over the years. I miss interacting with Cathy and Cynthia. they actually appeared to care!!!! they Stopped trimming toe nails when I came in for a visit pertaining to a nail issue. They trimmed my toe nails for me at one of my previous visits. One of the staffers had their young child with her. makes me think the kid was sick and she had to bring him to work. They wanted me to make another appointment and pay another co-pay of $50 and an outrageous amount (I think they said $60) to trim my nails. So $110 to trim my toe nails. I said no thanks. short wait, office looked deserted and I had a very brief consultation with doctor. There are other specialist in the area to choose from."

"I received a bill for $8.98 after a visit, which I promptly paid. A month later, I received another bill for $8.98. I called and spoke with someone and it was determined the payment (made online) was somehow applied to my husbands account. This was reflected by the $8.98 credit under his name. The lady assured me it was corrected as we spoke. Two months later, I received a collection notice. I called again and was told they saw where I called and my husbands account still had an $8.98 credit and mine an $8.98 balance due, but nothing was actually ever corrected. I was again assured it was handled. Always ask for that receipt!"
