"After 26 years my relationship with this practice comes to an involuntary end. I moved out of town for a year. When I tried to reinstate my son as a patient, I was told that my son would not be readmitted as a patient because my account went to collections. It is office policy not to reinstate any patient whose account went to collections. What happened is my insurance company recouped payments from 2022 in 2023. The statements were going to my old address and I never received one phone call regarding my account. As soon as I found out about this issue, I called the insurance company who admitted it was a mistake on their end and they would reprocess all the claims, send payment to the doctor, and provided me a reference number. The issue was resolved on my end within 8 hours of notification about the debts. I have good credit so getting this resolved was urgent for me. I spoke with the office manager regarding my account and provided her the reference number. She told me that they still can’t reinstate my son because my account went to collections; that is office policy. She said your son is 17 and will be 18 soon so just find another doctor. I could understand if I was a slow pay client or frequently delinquent but to have an account in good standing for 26 years then this. Up until now I never had an issue with All In Pediatrics. I had been with them since they were Dr. Nassim and Elam located on State street. It is very disheartening to know that long term clients are not valued based on “office policy.” My frustration is with office policy and not with the medical professionals. I received great care for my three children through the years. I just hate that my account was “blacklisted” due to this issue. Romans 8:28, “ And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him”, this may be a blessing in disguise. My recommendation is to ensure you are using multiple forms of contact before sending an account to collections."

"If I could give zero stars I would! This place claims to be specialized in autism but yet not one sencory toy in sight! My sons petrified of the doctor so I switched him to another doctor without them knowing well they know more about my sons autism so I had my appartment send the paperwork over to them instead and they signed it well the paperwork needed re written and signed off on agian and this time they called me saying it was a mistake and I had to bring him in I told them that he would most likely refuse and go into a meltdown he was asleep when we got there so I told them that I also asked on the phone if they could have the doctor come to the car and they said they would figure it out. So they tell me to pull around to the side door I open the door to take him out and he immediately is going into a panic attack I kept trying to talk him into it while the nurse stood there and watched! After 5 mins of fighting with him I went over and told her he's not going to come in and im not going to drag him in because that will only make it worse the next time we go to a doctor and im forcing it on him . She says hold on and goes in 5 mind later my phone rings its the administrator telling me I have to bring him in or there not signing the paperwork I then told her I'm sorry I'm not putting my child through that and asked about the doctor coming out. She was so rude and nasty to me I told her I would be transferring him thay day to another place, not once did anyone come out and try to help me! I went directly in and requested a transfer and the lady at the front was very kind to me . Fast forward yesterday I check my mail they have the audacity to say I threatened them! Never once did I do that that's not how I conduct myself and they should be ashamed of living on me I made a choice to go to someone else who has seen my son in the car and made him feel comfortable enough to go inside its the small steps that help. Then they said they where released him. They didn't release anyone I pulled him out of there that day so nice try trying to make me look like I did wrong! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! You lied on me and that's completely wrong! This place could care less about there patients! Beware if you have a special needs child please do not go here l!!!"

"Honestly I think 1 star is too much I brought my son in here and there was a few places that wanted me to get him tested for autism well they kept saying no we don't do that till their 5 years old when it turns out on a state site that their 1 of the people that participate in early diagnosing(at 18 months). Not to mention my daughter that's 3 months old was going there and she keeps throwing up formula they keep saying it's spitting up when it's too much just to be spit up. Well I switched drs and after at the new Dr I signed a release I get a call from someone saying they wanted to schedule an appointment. Never going back there I've only been hearing bad things about them not respecting parents and other things when we know our children!"

"We’ve been going to All IN since 2019 with our first baby. Now we have 2 babies that go to All IN. Gosh, do I feel so fortunate to have found this place. They are open until 8pm multiple days a week and we’ve utilized this on several occasions. Today, one of our babies had a fever and stopped eating well. I called and they got me in because of a cancellation. Turns out he has an ear infection and we were able to get medicine same day! So thankful for this place and the caring staff (front desk ladies and doctors) who truly care about our babies. Also, I just adore Dr. Brittany. What a true gem she is!"

"Worst pediatric center I have ever took my kids to! Went in to access my sons records and his physical and was told records would take up to a month to be released and was told I could not have my sons physical that is on file. I have never heard of anything like this in my life, I almost feel they are holding my son medical information hostage from his own mother . Do not take your kids here they give u the runs round and tell nothing but lies !"
