"The course is a tough test for golfers of all abilities. It's not too long off the tee but narrow fairways and small greens make ball striking a premium. You definitely have to land well before the pin and allow for 10 yards of release. The maintenance staff sure does a great job of keeping the course in top shape. There's a lot of huge homes on the course that add to the beautiful scenery. The restaurant has great food and there's also a short course for families that you can play with a wedge and a putter. You definitely need to check out the course if you're in the Lexington, Kentucky area."

The entire Keene Trace team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Keene Trace ensured all our needs were met in order for the event to be a great success! "Very well maintained course, with houses set back enough to not feel too closed in. Greens were fast and true. A challenging course that is also very fair. There are a few greens that are a little visually deceiving making them difficult to hit. The par 5 #11th was the best hole, a true 3 shot hole w/ a creek running thru it to an uphill green with a bit of a false front."
