"To begin with, our project took over 2 years. They would come a day or two and then leave. To be fair, Charlie was sick for a short time. Our back patio is approximately 60' and the bricks are a crooked herringbone and, as you can see, has more than a couple low spots. Additionally, the brick and stone was not properly cleaned of mortar haze and sealed properly. The front fountain, when full, was leaking like a faucet into the garage. I had them come out and tear off the stone work they lined the top with and there was a half inch crack without mortar. I had already spent $400 on sealer and done the work to seal the walls. Now I need to fix the crack, take the tops off the block, put reinforcement rods in and concrete inside the blocks. I also have a Crack running the entire width of my back patio. I will assume, based on 14 years in the trades, that that was the result of not compacting the soil they used as fill. And the lack of tie rods. The stone patio and side walk around the pool is a safety hazard. My 84 year old mother is unable to walk on it for fear of tripping. We paid Authentic Stone Creations over $60k and I will never use them again."

"We contacted Charlie and Ashley because they came highly recommended by a couple that lives in our neighborhood. We had a deteriorating outdoor fireplace that was in serious need of being replaced. They came out right away and took measurements of where the new fireplace would be located and gave us the drawings within a few days. With all the rain they didn't have the best conditions to work in; however, they were there working away in the cold, rain...and snow at times. The fireplace is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. When they left the construction site, you would have never known they were there...they took great care to clean up after themselves. Their work ethic is phenomenal and so is their finished product. I love the fireplace and would highly recommend them. I'm looking forward to having them complete a few other projects in the future."
