"As other posters have said, this place is loaded by the courts it says on their website if you go and click on “ for attorneys”, it specifically states that they give the best results to their clients, and their clients are the people or service that pays them. So when the court order is this and the state pays for it they are siding with the state since the state is the “client” . This place did a very biased custodial evaluation. Even if/when answering questions appropriately, your responses they will twist what you have said to fit into the narrative that they were given by the people who pay them off. The staff is extremely rude. I am questioning Dr. Fienberg’s credentials. He himself seems to be very narcissistic, and very full of himself. He talks to people like their children, and he is above them. So all in all this, place is known for biased evaluations , twisting or lying about results , labeling people with harmful missed diagnosis’, being extremely rude to people , lying about the timed they spend evaluating .They also have taken many of their poor reviews off, which I took the privilege of screenshoting all of them before they did. I am very happy that I did because all of this information has been given to real professionals, who were absolutely appalled, and will be looking in to this organization to investigate them for been fraudulent and defaming peoples character as well as ruining the reputations of many! I hope this place get shut down immediately and I hope Dr. Fienberg and his staff will learn a lesson about doing the right thing and having integrity because it’s something obviously this so-called “ practice” is anything but honest, helpful, or reliable."

"Horrible people all of them lie, and give false reports to the judge. Amy Rouse’s office is pepto bison pink and very inappropriate. She’s very rude and intrusive. Chelsea Adam’s, Elizabeth Cravero, and Dr. Feinburg himself are all liars and will twist and distort anything thing that you tell them. Absolute waste of time and resources in my opinion."

"I spoke with Amy Rouse on the phone. She was very rude, short and unhelpful. She talked down to me on the phone as thou I was wasting her time. She interrupted several times on the phone and would not listen Again just rude and short. One of the worst I've ever experienced. Not the way to treat a potential paying customer. It was really frustrating. I'll assume she was having a bad day and I hope the next customer gets better service."

"Saved my life, in the midst of the largest mental crisis I have ever faced in my life they where the only office in the city that offered to go out of there way even when they where completely booked to help me. The ratings on here disappoint me and make me sad, I don’t doubt that there have been some bad experiences but all I know is this place saved my life and got me the help I’d been needing for years. So just a large thank you to Feinberg & Associates and to Dr. Sailor for saving my life :)!"

""First, do no harm." This place is lauded by the Courts. Their stock in trade is a negative, harmful report, giving the Court broad discretion. This is a good business model for them... they keep their client happy. In the long run, you are not their client. You will pay. You are not their client. You will be hurt, but you will not be giving them business next year. Trust here and lose what is most dear. All parties will have negatives compiled. They are aware this "works" for repeat business....not yours. Avoid this place. They are not your friend. They are not objective. They are not helpful. They are not healing. They are in the business of writing damning reports on all parties, and it is a business model that works for them and the Court. Not you. I am sorry, but this place is sick and happy. There are bad things in the world.
