"This company made my flight reservation. They accepted my credit card and charged me for the ticket. A few days later, they cancelled the flight and did not tell me. Upon arrival at the airport I had no ticket. I was able to buy one then. The travel company had deposited my cancellation money in their account. I believe if I had not contacted my bank to dispute the initial charge, they might not have refunded my money. They certainly weren't told to cancel my flight and were over a month refunding my money, when they got their refund within a week. I would not do business with this company."
