"I am visiting from out of town and was walking from my hotel trying to get to Cathedral of the Assumption and got a little lost. I saw one of your employees named JAY and asked him for directions..instead of just giving me directions or pointing the way he actually made sure I got there. We had a lovely conversation along the way. He was so kind and friendly. He is a wonderful example of dedicated and caring employee. You need more like him. I am hoping our paths cross again. He deserves so many KUDOS. Great man."
