"I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and a half and absolutely love it. I see Dr. Coomer and she is wonderful. I always feel like she is genuinely concerned with how I’m feeling. With my first pregnancy/delivery I felt like she gave me all the necessary information to prepare myself and allowed me to make my own choices when it came to induction and different birthing techniques. Their ultrasound technician is also fantastic. Literally the sweetest human being ever. I would recommend Dr. Coomer to anyone."

"Just go to Louisville, I had a very difficult pregnancy and even worse birth, all of my concerns during pregnancy were always dismissed including high blood pressures I was getting at home of 153/98 and above, Dr. Henderson doesn’t need to practice medicine anymore, she tried to send me home from the hospital after my waters had been leaking for 2 days and the doctors office kept assuring me it was only discharge, I had a confirmed test in the ER that it was amniotic fluid, my nurse had to fight for me to stay, then after a rough induction Dr.Henderson came in to finish breaking my water and was rough with me and inserted the hook too deep and took a piece of my sons scalp out, every time she would come in to check me she had a negative comment to say and proceeded to be rough while doing my exams. Stay far far away from this place for your and your unborn child’s safety, I wish I had, they almost let me and my child die when infection set up inside of me for being in labor for 3 days and I was refused a c section that I was begging for. My baby will always have scars on his head from the trauma we endured during our labor."

"Worst experience. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. If you are pregnant please do not trust this office. I was basically gaslit the entire time I was there with no one wanting to acknowledge anything. I was prescribed a medication that I was not supposed to be taking while pregnant and on top of that I had to find out from a pharmacist instead of my actual OB. They did not even want to schedule me an appointment at the very beginning. Was told “for this possible pregnancy”. Had to argue just to get an appointment. The managers do not listen either and will harass you for biased opinions. Worst experience ever."

"Been coming here to see Dr. Preen for 12 years and I absolutely love the care she provides! She was here for me during 2 years of infertility and now I am preparing to deliver my first baby in a few weeks. She’s proactive and very thorough, which I appreciate. Front desk ladies are friendly, and the ultrasound tech is awesome and so enthusiastic about her job. Always have a good experience here."

"Definitely not the best OB but their staff is usually very nice. My Dr. Is Goodman and he's always been very helpful and answers all my questions. The biggest issue I've had with this place is they NEVER answer the phone even during business hours. I do take into consideration that they do get busy but I still think that they should be available at all times especially considering they have women who call with pregnancy questions day in and day out. I hope that gets better. Other than that not too bad of a place."
