"We lost our palapa due to a tornado. After researching palapa companies, I saw Luxury Palapas and read their reviews. No one had a negative remark. I agree that they are the only palapa company you should use if you want professionalism, friendliness, and quality. I spoke/texted with Abner, who was nothing short of amazing. He cares about your budget and will work with you. He also tore down my existing palapa. He temporarily left the poles so no one would stumble in the holes before the new one could be built. The new palapa is beautiful and well made. The wood on the bar is absolutely beautiful. I also got artificial leaves, which were not much more than natural. It will last for 20 years. Natural has to be replaced about every 5 years, so you incur extra costs. All of my conversations with Abner were very pleasant. He follows up by text or phone quickly and has terrific customer service. If you have a concern, he will handle it quickly. He values his company, employees, customers, and quality of their work.
