"Black lady in the front desk was very rude. She asked me if I had gotten my request approved to attend court. I told here that I had called and they had told me that as long as I had a valid ID and a mask I could attend. So I told here now you are asking me if I had gotten an approval.. She said it’s my job to ask but yes it is also everyone’s job there to all be on the same page in giving correct information when we call go get info. It was a waste of time and money to travel 6 hrs for absolutely NOTHING. And my niece had her court hearing at 10 and I traveled 6 hrs to be there by 10 and got there at 9 and right at 10 they tell me that I can not see here because the judge took her case earlier. Don’t these people realize that they have family who would like to attend the court and travel from far away to be there just to tell you sorry."

"It is a total lack of respect for people. the person in front of them has no professional ethics. It is total extremism, today I went with my two daughters to visit my husband who is being held at this facility. At first the man in front told me that you take the data that children were not allowed, I called on Thursday of this week to inform me about visiting hours and requirements and they never told me that children could not enter, only that if it was a baby bring only 2 bottles of milk and 2 diapers. This was the first phase with the staff in front. The second was that he said that if I did not bring the vaccination card against COVID with me, I could not enter either. Now I wonder, SOMEONE TELL ME SINCE WHAT DATE HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BEEN HEARD REGARDING COVID? IT IS THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT THE WAR IN UKRAINE ANYMORE. Everything is politics in this country right now with such mismanagement. An officer tells me that she was signing her entrance to the center that the center is only 25% open due to COVID and has reduced everything that has to do with visits. If it is uncertain for you, check the cameras of the center that are in the lobby, so that you can see the attitude of the staff with the public. Is this a circus or what? Gentlemen with the greatest respect, apart from the fact that it is not mandatory to get vaccinated, how does this gentleman know if I do not practice a religion in which injections are not approved? because I even wonder. Something that you have to respect, be it ICE, be it the police or the president himself. In this country there is a constitution and every day I see how personnel like that of this institution and many others violate it. Gentlemen, because you work for the police, for ice, etc etc, you cannot violate the rights of the people. But the most annoying thing was in the despotic way and without the slightest interest with which I was treated. It is very irritating and annoying to have to pay taxes to the government that are directed at the salaries of people like the one they have on the front staff. 0 interest in work, 0 information to the public that is going to visit their relatives. Because even if any family member is detained, they are human beings and people like the retention work staff. I find the treatment very inhumane, a lot of discrimination and racism. No wonder this hub has so many negative requests, I haven't seen the first positive comment about this hub yet. It sucks in every way"

"I won't mention times since this is a secure facility. But don't come for a visit during shift changes. They usually have one person working the desk and that person has to sign in visitors and handle employees going through the metal detectors. Guess who has priority? I get it but a better solution...two people working the front desk? Also when I called ahead they told me two visitors allowed with 30 mins for each. But when I came they were like no just one visitor. For being a secure facility you would think they would have protocols down to the barb wire. But thats just not the case."

"I came Sunday at 9:26 and they told me to leave because I was late and visiting hours are 7-11 am. I drove one hour to get here. Now. It's Thursday the visiting hours I came was 1-4 I arrived at 1:30. And it's 4:21 and the security guard tells me they are still doing till call. They are so bothered when ever somebody ask for an update. The next visiting time is 5:00-7:00 pm and I'm still waiting to see him since 1:30 pm this is outrageous. We have babies and jobs they could at least update us from time to time . But they get mad if we ask any questions at all."
