"I hadn’t visited a FedEx office in 2 years. I needed to print and email letter to a friend. As I walked into this location I was greeted immediately. Donna stepped towards me to help me out. I had many questions as things have changed a bit regarding prepayment cards. I still had an old card from two years ago. Using the printer, copier, and email took me less than 5 minutes. With her help I was able to do this. I want to commend the entire staff for running this place smoothly because I also overheard another employee assisting a non-English speaking employee. I'm impressed with the easy flow of using the services available."
"I tend to have good experiences at FelDex locations, but not this one; employees are rude. I left a box where a guy in a lousy mood told me to, then this lady came and asked me to come back just to let me know that the package didn't fit there, and then she said mockingly, "Have a nice day." I Hope FedEx has the same customer service in all locations because this one needs it."
"Very unprofessional. A lady was in front of me and the FedEx lady with the glasses literally ignored me and anyone who came into the door she started to assist. I had informed her what I was here for. She needs to slow down and take 1 client at a time. I literally left after 5 min. I will never come here again"
